Returns & Exchanges


We are committed to provide our customers complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance your online shopping experience with your every Pellame purchase. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request you to contact our Customer Care team at pellame.eg@gmail.com and we shall revert back to you at the earliest. We suggest you try on the items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

We will happily exchange or return items, subject to the following criteria:

  • Please check your order while the courier is waiting *Cairo & Giza only* and if there is anything just give it back to him and *ONLY PAY FOR THE DELIVERY FEES*
  • If you changed your mind after the courier delivers your order and leaves, this will cost you extra shipping fees either for exchange or return.
  • The product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial).
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for exchange.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).

 

Each product we manufacture is personally checked by our Quality Check department to ensure your complete satisfaction.However, in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange. If you have received a faulty item or a wrong size please e-mail us at pellame.eg@gmail.com to arrange the return. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.


Items will not be eligible for return/exchange if the request is not raised within 24 hours of the receipt of product.

We reserve the right to deny refund of any product(s) that do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
