Shipping

Delivery takes up to 5 days to all orders in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria and 7-10 days to all other destinations in Egypt.

Local shipping costs:

• Orders within Cairo: LE 90
• Orders within Alexandria LE 120
• To inquire about shipping costs within other areas, please contact us on pellame.eg@gmail.com

International shipping services:

• Worldwide purchases will be delivered within 2 weeks.
• International shipping costs are based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.

If the order is placed before 5pm, next day delivery may be applied (if possible). Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the provided e-mail address.

Once an order has been dispatched and a shipping tracking number has been issued, the order is considered shipped and the applicable shipping fees become non-refundable.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, the customer will remain responsible for the shipping fees incurred, regardless of whether the order is successfully delivered or returned to Pellame.

We kindly ask customers to confirm their order details before dispatch, as cancellations after shipment may result in additional shipping charges.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note, orders may be delayed in the event of a new collection being introduced or during sale periods. However, we will try to be as prompt as possible with every order.
